Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Lebanon. We do not ship outside Lebanon at the moment.
Processing
Orders placed before 5pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Later orders, and orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.
Delivery times and cost
- One to three working days from dispatch, anywhere in Lebanon.
- Free on orders of $45 or more, which covers every 8 pair pack.
- Orders under $45 pay a flat $4 delivery fee.
Cash on delivery
Every order can be paid in cash when it arrives, and there is no extra fee for it. Please have the order total ready, in US dollars or in Lebanese pounds at the day's market rate. The courier calls before delivering, so the phone number you give at checkout needs to be one you answer.
If a cash on delivery order is refused at the door without a reason we accept, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.
Card payments
Card orders ship the same way and on the same timeline.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually still change the address. If the courier cannot reach you, the order comes back to us and we will get in touch to arrange another try.
Duties and taxes
The total you see at checkout is what you pay. There is nothing extra to pay at the door.
