Processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next working day.

Delivery times and cost

• Standard. 1 to 2 working days once dispatched. Free over AED 150, otherwise AED 20.
• Regional. 2 to 4 working days across the GCC, AED 45.
• Everywhere else. Email hello@nuorth.com and we will quote it before you order.

Cash on delivery

Available in supported regions with a AED 5 handling fee. Card and Apple Pay orders ship faster because there is no confirmation call.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not moved in 48 hours, email us and we will chase it.

Wrong address

Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel. A returned to sender parcel is refunded minus the shipping cost.

Duties and taxes

Prices include VAT where it applies. For orders outside the region any import duty is the customer's responsibility.
