Why these instead of cotton
Two reasons, and softness is the one you notice first. Bamboo viscose has a finer fibre and a smoother surface, so there is nothing catching against your skin. Cotton feels fine until you wear the alternative.
The second is moisture. Cotton absorbs sweat and holds it. Bamboo pushes it to the surface where it evaporates, which is why it stays comfortable when it gets warm instead of turning damp and staying damp.
Fabric and construction
95% bamboo viscose with 5% elastane. Heavy enough that it never goes see through when damp, light enough to disappear under anything you wear over it. Flatlock seams so nothing rubs on a long day.
The waistband is 38 mm woven jacquard with the mark tonal on black. Nothing printed on the inside, so nothing to peel after twenty washes, and no stitched label either.
Fit and the short leg
Trunk cut with a 12 cm inseam. Riding up is a thigh fit problem rather than a length problem, so the leg opening is cut narrower and finished with a soft band that grips without leaving a ring.
Care
Cold machine wash, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the fabric softener. It coats the fibres and kills both the softness and the wicking, which are the two things you bought them for. Hang dry if you can.

Bamboo viscose has a finer fibre and a smoother surface than cotton, which is why it feels the way it does. There is nothing to catch against your skin, and it does not go scratchy after a month in the wash.
The same structure moves moisture to the surface of the fabric where it evaporates instead of holding it against you. Soft first, cool as a consequence. We tried lighter knits and they went semi transparent when damp and pilled inside a month, so we went heavier.

If you are between two, size down. The elastane gives you about two centimetres and these are cut to sit close.

What makes bamboo softer than cotton?
The fibre is longer, finer and smoother, so there are fewer loose ends standing off the surface. Cotton staples are shorter and coarser, and that texture is what you feel as roughness. Most men notice it the first morning, and it is the thing people mention most in reviews.
Does it really stay cooler?
Yes, and the reason is moisture rather than the fibre being unusual. Bamboo viscose wicks sweat to the outside of the fabric where it evaporates, and evaporation pulls heat off your skin. What you notice day to day is that you stop being damp.
Does it stay soft after washing?
It does, as long as you skip the fabric softener. Softener coats the fibres and kills both the handfeel and the wicking. Cold wash, no softener, and they get slightly softer over the first few washes rather than worse.
How long do they last?
Two years of regular wear is normal, and the waistband usually goes before the fabric does. Wash cold, skip the hot tumble, and you will get longer. We do not pretend they last forever.
What size should I order?
Go by the waist measurement of the trousers you wear most, not the size on the label. S fits 28 to 30 inches, M fits 31 to 33, L fits 34 to 36, XL fits 37 to 39 and 2XL fits 40 to 43. If you are on a boundary, size down.
Short leg. Will they ride up?
Riding up is a thigh fit problem rather than a length problem, so we cut the leg opening narrower and finished it with a soft band that grips without leaving a mark. If they still move on you, tell us, because that is useful to know.
Is there a fly?
Yes, a proper functional fly opening. It is cut and finished so it lies flat under clothes and stays shut when you are not using it, which is not true of every fly.
Do they shrink?
Not meaningfully. The fabric is pre shrunk and we cut with a small tolerance, so a cold wash will not change the size.
How fast is delivery?
Dispatched within 24 hours on working days and tracked to your door. Free over AED 150, otherwise AED 20. Regional GCC orders take two to four working days.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, in supported regions, with a small AED 5 handling fee. Card and Apple Pay ship faster because there is no confirmation call.
Can I change my address?
Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can usually still catch it. After dispatch we cannot redirect a parcel.
What if the size is wrong?
Unopened packs can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If it is your first order and the size is wrong, we can help even if you have opened one pack. Email us and we will sort it.
Why can I not return an opened pack?
Hygiene. Underwear that has left its seal cannot go back to the warehouse and cannot be resold, so nobody in this category accepts it. That is also why we offer first order fit help instead.
How much is return shipping?
AED 20, deducted from the refund. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or simply wrong, that fee is waived and you get a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
